Omkarm strives to increase the long-term value of the businesses it advises investments in, by executing a combination of sustainable growth, operational productivity, capital efficiency
and strategic measures.
We think strategies are important but the real key is robust Execution. Therefore, Omkarm delivers to its investors by combining Financial as well as Operation expertise to drive total value in the businesses it advises investments in.
A critical element of our execution is Alignment of Interests with all stakeholders - investors, operator partners and management - so we can deliver an honest and transparent
performance. We believe this is paramount for achieving performance consistently, along with accountability in managing risk.
We believe our primary job is to think about risk. We find that once we have understood and controlled the downside, the upside takes care of itself. Therefore, we are happy to pass
transactions until we find opportunities where risks are low and have been controlled.
